Troop Trailer Inventory and Assessment of Gear
November 10, 2019 –
Sunday 10 November we will be doing an inventory of all our Troop equipment, setting aside items we will store at the church, and deciding what gear we are going to keep and what to sell. Also, we will be assessing how we will be storing the gear in our new trailer, trying to figure out what shelf configuration will work best with all of the gear. The more people we have to sort thru gear, the faster this will go. So, please join us at Richard Coolbaugh’s property located at the address listed below at 1:00pm Sunday afternoon . Also, we will need 2 adults to volunteer to tow both troop trailers to the Coolbaugh property. Mr Gill has already volunteered to tow one of them, we need one more person with a truck. This is a busy weekend for the troop. We have scouting for food on Saturday as well as an Eagle Scout service project in the afternoon. Your help and participation in these events is greatly appreciated.
