Please join us as we take the night to say Thank You to our volunteers. Please note, the following nominations must be turned into our Belleville Council Service Center by these dates:
The District Award of Merit nominations are due by December 28th, 2016
The Acorn and Sparkplug nominations are due by January 6th, 2017
The Cubmaster/Scoutmaster/Advisor of the Year nominations are due by January 6th, 2017
All recipients of the above awards will be announced prior to the registration cut-off date for the dinner. It is requested that all recipients attend the dinner so that they can be recognized by fellow volunteers and receive their awards in person.
The cost of the dinner is $17.00 per person. Paid reservations must be received in the council office by Friday January 20th, 2017. Please register on-line now or mail or bring your reservations to the Service Center. Because it is necessary to make meal guarantees to the caterer in advance, we cannot accept late reservations. Sorry, phone reservations cannot be accepted.
