PLACE: ESIC Center YMCA 1200 Esic Drive, Edwardsville, IL 62025
ARRIVAL: Friday January 13 – 8:45 pm check in
DEPART: Saturday January 14 – 7:00 am pick up at latest. No scout may drive himself.
FOOD: Little Caesar’s pizza, hot dogs, chips, nachos, sodas, water, cookies
COST: $20.00/scout – covers facility fee & food purchased by Troop. No charge for adults to participate and spend the night.
WEAR: Class B shirt and appropriate clothing for activities of swimming, racquetball, basketball, and other physical games. Please bring a towel if swimming.
Swimming from 9:00-11:00 PM;
Troop will have access to program rooms and gymnasium after 9:00 PM. Scouts are allowed to bring with them any type of electronic device (TV, DVD player, Play Station, Xbox, games, music, surge protectors, extension cords, etc.) and board games. Scouts are responsible for unloading, transporting and removing their own equipment that is brought into the YMCA.
Adults are encouraged to attend and participate - naps are allowed!
