Boy Scout advancement day hosted by BSA Troop 777.

**EACH SCOUT MUST BRING A PROPERLY FILLED OUT & COUNCIL APPROVED MERIT BADGE CARD FOR EACH MERIT BADGE COURSE TAKEN**
After choosing course(s), please proceed to select preferred lunch in order to have proper amounts.
*Please select only 1 lunch. Lunch consists of 2 slices of pizza, chips, cookie, apple and either soda or bottled water.
Cooking, First Aid & Leatherwork are all day courses. If signing up for one of those proceed straight to your lunch selection after selecting.
Otherwise please sign up for an AM and then choose a PM course. Then proceed to your lunch selection.
You must register for either an All Day course or an AM course for your registration to be official.
*If an AM or All Day merit badge is not selected, only a PM course, your $20 fee must be sent immediately via PayPal to 17attack@charter.net or mailed to:

Adult registration is not required, but if selected it comes with an event patch and lunch.

The following is a list of prerequisites for the merit badge offerings. Failure to bring in required work completed will result in a partial merit badge and cannot be signed off until work is completed and turned in.
Scouts must also bring a merit badge card filled out and signed by their Scoutmaster for each class.
Waivers will be emailed out and must be returned at registration.
Prerequisites:
Automotive Maintenance (AM) - 12 (Wear class B shirt)
Chess (AM) - All req's covered, no prerequisites.
Citizenship In The Community (AM) - 2, 3, 7 & 8 plus written documentation for 8 service hours. Signed letter from Scoutmaster is sufficient for service hour requirement.
Citizenship In The Nation (PM) - 2, 3, 6 & 8
Citizenship In The World (AM or PM) - 4B & 7
Communications (AM) - 2, 3, 4, 7 & 8 (Prepare 2, 3 & 4 to present)
Cooking (All Day) - 4 a-e, 5 a-f & 6 a-e
Electricity (AM) - 2 & 9
Fingerprinting (AM or PM) - All Req's Covered, no prerequisites
Fire Safety (AM) - 6 & 11
First Aid (All Day) - 1 & 2d (Must be First Class or bring letter from Scout Leader verifying 1).
Geocaching/Orienteering (PM) - Geocaching - 7, 8 & 9 (Dress appropriately for outdoors) Orienteering - 7, 8, 9 & 10
Leatherwork (All Day) - All Req's Covered, no prerequisites.
Mammal Study (AM) - 3C
Personal Management (PM) - 1, 2, 8 & 9
Photography (PM) - 4 (do either A or B) Bring camera (May be camera phone)
Plumbing (PM) - 1b, 2 a & B
Scouting Heritage (PM) - 5, 6 & 8
Sustainability (PM) - 1, 2: Water (A), Food (A), Community (A), Energy (B or C) & Stuff (A).
Welding (PM) - 3 & 7 (Blue Jeans & Flannel Shirt. Do not wear good clothes for class).
Wood Carving (AM or PM) - All Req's Covered, no prerequisites. Bring Toten Chip.
Class A uniforms should be worn for the day except for classes mentioned in notes.
Scouts are expected and accountable to act as such. Please remember to respect all property belonging to others as well as St Paul United Methodist Church who is kind enough to lend use of their facility for this event. All principles of Leave No Trace will be in effect for the day.
