Meeting Schedule Update for July –MARK your Calendars !

All-

I can get more beef sticks this weekend (if needed before Summer Camp), but need input on how many to get this time. 100? 150? 200?

With no July committee meeting planned, I’ll take it as implied that the troop committee authorizes me to pay SS Backwards before distributing the ‘product” to our Scouts.

Meeting Schedule Update for July –MARK your Calendars !

Troop 216,

July is going to be a busy month for our troop. We have 6 scouts and 4
adults attending Philmont high adventure camp embarking on a 16 day trip
leaving tomorrow. In two weeks we will have 20 scouts and 8 adults
attending summer camp at S bar F scout ranch. With all the activity going
on, plus families going on vacations, we have decided to adjust the July
meeting schedule. Please make note of the following changes:

Monday July 5th – no meeting – Holiday
Monday July 12 – Troop meeting at 700pm – last meeting prior to summer camp
Wednesday July 14 – Troop committee meeting – canceled – next meeting 11 AUG
Monday July 19 – Troop meeting – canceled
Monday July 26 – Troop meeting – canceled
Monday August 2 – Troop meeting 700pm – we will resume regular troop
meetings at this time

Bottom line, we will only have one troop meeting in July. Hope everyone
has a fun and safe camping experience.

Neil, can you please ensure that the website reflects these new changes.

Thanks,

Mike OKoniewski
Troop Committee Chairman
