Since no one signed up at the meeting on Monday, I am asking by email.

I need 5 Scouts to represent the troop this Sunday as the church recognizes
Scout Sunday by inviting Scouts to participate in the 9 AM service
on Sunday, Feb. 28.

Our Charter Organization Representative, Mr. Vieth, who is not copied on
this email, arranged with the Pastor to select some parts of the service
for Scouts to do brief readings.

The Pastor chose readings for up to 5 Scouts. The readings are short.
This is a chance to show our appreciation to the church, by our presence.

The service is at 9 AM and so please be at the church by 8:30 AM in Class A
uniform. We should be done by 10 AM.

I see it as a way to live the final point of the Scout Law, “A Scout is
reverent”.
