This event is scheduled for the weekend of 5/3-5/5 at Silver Lake in
Highland, IL with camping on Friday and Saturday night. Troop Committee
members Larry Miller and Mike Veith are both involved with this year’s
event. Info is now available (scroll down for the link). During Wednesday
night’s Troop Committee meeting it was suggested to share this information
with all Troop members to gauge their interest in attending and whether
enough adults are available to attend.

Presently the Troop has scheduled the following 2 activities in May:
5/10-5/12 Beaver Dam camping and Lake Williamson High Ropes/Zip Line near
Carlinville (permission slip will be forthcoming) and during the morning of
5/18 the Troop’s annual Flag Placement at Woodland Cemetery in
Edwardsville.

Please respond by 4/22 whether your scout is interested and whether you can
provide adult support at the event including staying overnight. Thank you.
